Agniverse provides digital products, AI-powered tools, subscriptions, credits, app access, and related online services. Because these are digital services, access may begin immediately after purchase or subscription activation.
3. App Store Purchases
Purchases made through Apple App Store or Google Play Store are managed directly by Apple or Google. Agniverse cannot directly issue refunds for purchases made through those stores.

4. Website Purchases

Refund requests for website purchases should be sent to sup@datingx.ai and should include:

- Order ID or receipt
- Product or subscription purchased

5. Subscription Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You are responsible for managing and cancelling your subscription before renewal.
Refunds are generally not provided for renewal charges once the renewal has already been processed, unless required by applicable law.
6. Free Trials and Introductory Offers
Some products may include free trials, discounted trials, or introductory offers. After the trial or offer period ends, you may be charged automatically unless you cancel before the end of the trial period.

Cancelling a subscription prevents future renewals but does not automatically refund previous payments.

If approved, refunds may take several business days to appear, depending on the payment provider and financial institutions involved, including Apple, Google, Stripe, PayPal, LemonSqueezy, Paddle, RevenueCat, your bank, card issuer, or another payment processor.
12. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Before initiating a chargeback or formal payment dispute, please contact Agniverse at sup@datingx.ai so we can attempt to resolve the issue directly.
Chargebacks or disputes may result in temporary or permanent suspension of access while the dispute is under review.
13. Changes to This Refund Policy
Agniverse may update this Refund Policy from time to time. When updated, the revised version will be posted on the website or inside the apps, and the "Last Updated" date will be revised accordingly.
